AI-assisted outputs are reviewed before being used in client-facing bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, or tax workflows. MoneyWise does not use AI as the final authority for financial or tax decisions.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal or business information. We may share information only when necessary to provide services, comply with law, work with approved software providers, coordinate payroll or payment workflows, file with tax authorities, or work with professional advisors where appropriate.

7. Data Storage & Security

MoneyWise takes reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining secure account credentials and appropriate access permissions.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. You are also responsible for maintaining proper access controls for your business software, bank feeds, payroll accounts, tax accounts, and shared folders.

9. Retention of Information

MoneyWise may retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and support audit or tax documentation requirements.

10. Your Rights & Contact

You may contact MoneyWise to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal, tax, accounting, and operational recordkeeping requirements.
