AI-assisted outputs are reviewed before being used in client-facing bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, or tax workflows. MoneyWise does not use AI as the final authority for financial or tax decisions.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. You are also responsible for maintaining proper access controls for your business software, bank feeds, payroll accounts, tax accounts, and shared folders.

MoneyWise may retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and support audit or tax documentation requirements.
